mutton korma with dry fruites

 ingredient:



  meat                                            1kg
  butter (ghee)                                 180mg
Half find fraud
 almonds(badam)                           1/4 kg
 raisins(kishmish)                           1/4 kg
 coriander leaf (hara dhnya )           as per taste
 garlic( adrak )                                 3 inches
  Onions                                       2 big size
  Salt   to taste
  As chilly  to taste
  ginger masala  as per taste

preparation :

take almonds in warm water and rest it over night.
in the morning remove the cover and fry them in ghee (butter)
similarly add   raisins in the butter
and now warm the butter or ghee and add chopped onions let them get brown color.. then add beef ( meet , gosht ) and all spice  and mix well
 add some water and cook it till meat get fully cooked
now again mix well till ghee comes out .. it ready to serve
garnish it with green coriander  and serve it with naan ( bread )
